At Mission First's Legal Aid Office, we are committed to providing accessible and affordable legal support to adults in Hinds, Madison, and Rankin Counties. Our dedicated team of professionals, volunteer attorneys, and law students assist with family law, consumer law, government benefit programs, housing, and debtor/creditor issues. We commonly handle cases involving guardianships, adoptions, and child advocacy—but please note that we do not take criminal cases, workers’ compensation, divorces, or personal injury claims.
If you meet our income eligibility requirements, we offer legal consultations for just $10. Our mission is not only to provide legal guidance but also to bring hope and encouragement through the Gospel. Let us help you navigate life’s legal challenges with compassion and expertise.
